A: No, you do not need previous experience in order to volunteer.

Q: Is there a minimum commitment of hours required to volunteer for Capital One Race for Kids^TM?

A: Yes. You must sign up for a full shift.

Q: Can I volunteer with a friend or as part of a group?

A: Yes. Make sure to indicate on your volunteer sign-up form who you would like to work with. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee you will be placed together.

Q: Can youth (under the age of 18 years old) volunteer at Capital One Race for Kids^TM?

A: Yes. However, volunteers under the age of 18 years old must volunteer with a parent, guardian or Club staff member. Both youth and parent/guardian must apply to volunteer online and sign up for the same shift in order to be accepted as a volunteer.
